Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Information
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay. Although, all items, unless otherwise noted, are stocked and ready for shipping.

We normally ship by:

UPS: Items up to 150 lbs. can be sent using Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day service. (3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day are guaranteed services.) 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day orders must be entered before 10:00 a.m. (CST) Monday - Friday in order to be shipped that same day. Adverse weather conditions void the guarantee and could result in a change to the scheduled delivery date.

Priority Mail: Items up to 70 lbs. can be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  USPS Priority Mail orders entered before 10:00 a.m. (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.

Truck Freight: We use multiple freight companies to ship items that weigh more than 150 lbs. or are too large to ship using UPS. A residential delivery fee may apply to shipments made to residential or rural areas.

Drop Ship: Drop-ship products are not stocked at Search and Recovery Engineering. These products will ship directly from the manufacturer to the specified ship-to address. Product availability is subject to stock on hand at the manufacturer. Nearly all of our drop-ship products are stock items and are typically available at the manufacturer. Call us to check availability if you intend to use an expedited shipping method for a drop-ship products.
